Field Optics Research seem to have a 25% off on the whole website deal going on with BF2022 discount code for another day or so.
My primary heavy duty tripod is from them and I am exceedingly happy with it: vhttps://www.fieldopticsresearch.com/shop/Tripods-for-Hunting/p/PRO32-MIL-ASFPL-System-x45153725.htm
I have a ton of mileage with it and I can comfortably recommend it.
On the innovative side of things, they have their new dome top tripods. There will be a whole line-up of tripods of varying sizes with this design, but for now, the one that seems to be available is the Sequoia model. I have seen prototypes earlier this year, but I have not done a full test yet. I plan to in the coming year. The design is very clever, but I can not speak to the execution yet. The most salient features are that the tension adjustment is right where your hand naturally goes (right under the clamp) and that when folded down for transportation, the whole thing is unusually slim. That's pretty appealing, so I plan to get my hands on one and see how it compares to the somewhat similarly priced SunwayFoto 3240 I have been using. The two weigh about the same. If you are willing to take a risk, and tell me how you like it prior to that, now is the time. I do have my own discount code on their products that I offer to supporters here. It is a little less than 20%, but it is available any time. https://www.fieldopticsresearch.com/shop/Tripods-for-Hunting/p/Sequoia-32-ASFPL-DomeTOP-Tripod-System-x65103075.htm
Also, they are the importer of PARD thermal and night vision product line. I have only seen them briefly, but they looked like perfectly reasonable chinese-made thermals. The price is generally pretty good, but with 25% off it is really good. For example, this 640x512 thermal with 35mm lens and LRF with BF2022 sets you back about $3100 https://www.fieldopticsresearch.com/shop/PARD-Thermal--Night-Vision-Optics/p/PARD-SA62x35LRF-Thermal-Rifle-Scope-x65809120.htm
For a good quality thermal with LRF, that is better than anything I have seen lately. You can get Steiner S35 for a bit less from DonwRangeThermal, but that's without the built-in LRF.
